I need help to fill out this form:
I want to fill out this for my neice who is abroad and her husband (US citizen) is out of job here and currently cannot fill this form, so I want to submit this form as a main or primary sponsor. My question is which form should I fill, I864, I864A, I864EZ .. and while I was reviewing the I864 form could not find the category like 'alternate sponsor' or sponsor in part 1, sections 1a.. thru 1f.

so which box shall I check in part 1 (1a ... 1f).?
