221 g Whilte slip - Administrative processing

I appeared in interview at New Delhi embassy for immigrant visa under f2a category. I was working in usa on h1b visa since 2009. The interview was good and consulate officer said your application is in pretty good shape but they need PPC from regional passport office and handed over 221g white slip. I submitted the required doc and passport in two days. It has been now more than 100 days. I contacted dos many times even involved congress man but always receiving same reply your case going mandatory administrative processing. There is no definite time. My case got updated on 29 july and then contacted DOS received same standard reply. I got fed up by DOS copy and paste replies. Is there any way to know what is going on with may case now. Please advise. .

I had my interview for immigrant family visa packet IV on April 3rd 2013 in New Delhi
& they asked me to submit PCC from passport office & new photographs along with 221g white form. So u submitted everything along with Passport & I'm still waiting its more than 6months now . Please tell me if you hear anything?
