Need advice from you guys. :) I 130 19 and 20

While my wife is filling out I 130 for me, we found section we don't understand clearly. I 130 19 and 20. I have been lived in U.S ever since I moved to this country in 2007 as student. My first question is what should I write for question 19 and 20?

Second, after I file the documentation for AOS, should I go back to school as a full time? or just wait. (I have F-1 and used my OPT. Currently I residing U.S. under grace period after my OPT, which is 60 days.)
