I-485 Form - Non Immigrant Visa Information
Hi,
I currently have EAD and my employment based I-485 is pending.
My wife who is GC holder is now filing for my GC under F2A category.
On I-485 form, they are asking about Non-immigrant Visa number, issue date, etc.
I don't have any visa, my H1-B expired few years back and I am working on EAD.
Can someone explain what should I write down in the non-immigrant visa section?
Also the Expiration Date - Is this expiration date for I-94 or the expiration date of non-immigrant visa?
