getting married while family based GC is pending- 28 years old

Hey!

So im in a rather weird situation. My father's sister who is a US citizen filed for our family's GC in 2001 ( when i was 16)...and we got word sometime in 2010 that I have been shortlisted to receive the GC along with the family. I was 25 at the time. Documents have been requested, submitted..and now we are line to receive our priority date through consular processing.

Meanwhile, I have met someone..and want to get married. He is a student pursuing his PhD in the US. I am quite confused on how to handle this situation. Honestly, my biggest prioroty is to be with my husband-to-be..GC or not. We have been dating for 2 years, and have been miserably apart.

First, what is the exact PD and approval date of the F4 petition filed by your father's sister ? It will determine if you are eligible for CSPA since you already aged out.
Second, what is the legal status of your fiance ? US citizen, LPR or just student visa ?
