Prove domicile when not living in the U.S. And also regarding AOS
How to prove country of Domicile when not living in US?
My husband is staying in India and is permanant resident of US. He just visit US once a year for renewing his greencard since last 6 years.
In 2010 he have worked in US for around 8 months. And as I don't have visa he came back to India so we can stay together.
In 2011 he has filled for my immigration visa (F2A) and also has applied for reentry permit. He have to go back to US this December 2013. So can we both go together?
How much time it takes for processing and interview call once I submit all documents and fees?
My immigration filled is approved by NVC. I have payed 80$ AOS fees and then I got receipt and one cover letter.
Payment Status PAID - This receipt shows following step

1. When the IV fee payment status is PAID, each applicant must submit an
Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration
And the cover Letter I got shows The next step in the immigration process is for the
Petitioner to submit an Affidavit of Support.
And also I received mail regarding paying visa processing fees 230$.
So main concern is when should I send AOS forms and DS- 230 form? And AOS requires to also prove Country of domicile.
So I have to attach the proofs of domicile with AOS??
And what proof can we show for reestablishing his domicile. Please help.
And one more problem is regarding Affidavit of Support. He is working here in India and is going to file US tax returns for 2 years now as we have to submit it with AOS.
So can his Indian income after filing taxes in US can show in AOS i-864 form? And as his income will not reach to poverty guideline his Uncle will also have to fill i-864 form for AOS.
