Dear sirs! My mother is a green card holder and files a I-130 petition for me when I was over 21 (in July 2012). Now I check my case status on USCIS.gov and see that my case is on the stage of Initial review and that the average processing time for California Center (where my docs were filed) is 33.3 months. Does it mean that I can get the green card in 2 years? (I'm already waiting more than 1 year)? Different sources provide with diff info that's why I do not understand which term I should consider as likely, 3 or 7-10 years? The Visa Bulletin for Sept'13 says that F2B current cut-off date is 15FEB06..... Pls, help!
