Hello everyone,
I have a question concerning my case that I can't find an answer on the forum. I am on F2B category. I've got an immigrant visa like 2 months ago. I am planning to go to US on the 1st of November for the first time to activate my green card. POE of IAD. I am planning to stay till 11th of November and go back to France to get married at the end of November. My question is can I go back to France with the I551 stamp on my passport before getting the plastic card and getting marry? Or should I wait till I get the plastic card?
I was planning to go back with my I551 stamp and let someone send me the plastic when it arrives by FedEx to France.
I can't wait my plastic card because I need to go back to France to settle everything once and for all.
