I sent an i-130 application for my husband on 08-30-2013 as an f2a category and I havent gotten any receipt yet but I'll let you know how the process goes. -

case approvlal seems faster lately esp those processed at CSC. my sons case was approved 09.08.13 (pd 05.20.13). ive read some cases that were approved month or two from pd.Comment

I am kind of new to all this, I am a US Citizen and I filed for an i-130 for my husband in August 2013. I don't know what an F2A is, so thought I'd ask you all. I want to know if I filed the right petition or if there is a faster option than the USC i-130 for Spouse.

Hi...gigi78 is it true that you filed I-130 August 30,2013 and received the approval in just a month? If I may where local office did you send what state here in the US coz normally it took 7 to 9 months or more to be approved the 1-130 how?Comment
