Can we port the PD F4 catergory to F2B

Hi experts

I have question regarding saving or porting the priority date from F4 category to F2B
case details

My dad's brother applied Green card to my dad in march 1994 in F4 based category and when the date became current in April 2006 I was over 21 and I was dined but my parents are GC holders now.
I am planning to apply GC thru my parents in F2B category as am unmarried and over 21.
so now that If I get my I130 approved can I port the March 1994 priority date to new date?

No you cannot. The F2B petition is an entirely new one not related to the F4 petition for your parents. Your parents should have filed the F2B petition for you as soon as they got their GC in 2006. So better file one right now.
