Applying Green Card for mother while in US

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me the process of applying for Green card for my mother who is visiting US on 6 month Visa in California

(a) Is there any attorney who can do this?

(b) Are 3 affidavits sufficient, or does one need non availability certificate also.

(c) What are approximate timelines?

(d) Is medical test needed before applying?

Non Availability Certificate - For parents GC

Hello Rajesh,
I am having trouble getting non availability of birth certificate for my father. His birth date was registered wrong 60+ years ago and municipality will not give non availability.
Is affidavit from his siblings and his school certificate with birth date enough or do we need non availability?
