Non Availability of Birth Certificate(NABC)

Hi,

What companies can help in getting Non Availability of Birth Certificate(NABC) from Bihar.

I believe if one has affidavits from living relatives, getting NABC should be a doable job.

Any recommendations, as it looks like YourManInIndia asks for too many documents.
