We r about to start the process and send I 130 and I have soo many questions. I read and read and the more I read the more confused I become. Please give me some guidance for the order of which the documents should be sent.
This is our story in short:
My husband is born American citizen, we met in the Meadle East and got married there in 2011, our wedding and church ceremony was in my country later on that year. He was working in the ME for 9 years, for an American company and paying taxes. He was relocated and now we r in the US. I am on visitors visa (B2 for 10 years, multiple entry) and in about 3 weeks will be closing on a house we just bought jointly. Based on I-94 I can stay in the US till march 2014. We r hoping to finish the process ASAP, but if I have to l can go home and come back.
What documents and forms do u think I need to file first? Do I need to send proof of our relationship (marriage certificate, pictures, church wedding certificate, our trips to other countries, joint accounts, joint house, 5 ivf attempts, etc.) or all these r present at the interview!
Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thank u!!
