My mother's sister is a U.S. citizen. She filed a petition for my mother, my father and my brother on family based f4 immigrant visa. My mother is the primary beneficiary and unfortunately she is no more. So would my father and brother be eligible to get green card under the new section 204(I) ? I have few links which states that even if the petitioner or primary beneficiary dies, the surviving family members are still eligible to get a green card. Please help...
