1-130 application - HELP!!!

I am a UK citizen, married to a US citizen, our visas were approved in March of this year - as requested we completed and submitted the DS-230 application and civil documents. Documents were received and we the. Received a request to complete an online version if the DS-230 (DS-260). We complied and completed this form on 14th September. We emailed. NVC Portsmouth to confirm receipt of forms withe the relevant online receipt numbers.

However we keep getting emails requesting the forms!!! We called the NVC and are being told that at they can't confirm receipt until they are processed.

Can someone help?

It takes 20 business days to process documents. Not counting sat sunday. When all process is completed, they will email about completion of case .
