Immigration status adjustment

Hi,
Here is the situation I need some advice about. My grandfather applied for my parents, brother and citizens immigration when he became citizen in 2005. Petition was approved in 2010 but its waiting for visa availability. I came to USA on student visa and became US citizen last month. Now since I have become citizen, how can I get my parents' status changed to immediate family member category? If I file I-130 for my parents what will happen to my brothers and sisters category?

You can file a I-130 for your parents, that would take less than 12 months, your brothers sister? don't really know what will happen to them. but depending on their age (under 21) you parents could petition them once they are here. Many times children over 21 or married are left behind, sorry can't help much.
