Hi all!
I am a UK citizen, 21 and unmarried. My father was born to a US mother and UK father, so he has dual citizenship. He currently still has citizenship and has a US passport, however because he has lived in the UK for almost all of his life, he doesn't have a permanent address in the US, nor a bank account or even a SSN. Is it still possible for him to petition for a Green Card for me? I am currently studying in the US on an F-1 visa, and plan to be here (on the F-1) for t least another three years.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
