  • Regarding CSPA

    Hello,
I am derivative beneficiary under f4 category. My date of birth is 14 06,1986 (12-3-1989).priority date is 28 aug 2001 which is going to be current within a month.
I would like to know a few info regarding CSPA
How can I get info about my approval date? I have received the first mail from NVC on sep - 2 - 2010 and the petition was filed on 30-aug-2001.
Is sep -2 -2010 my approval date or it can be a different one.
Can I get some info from the case no?
    case no is MDR2006699110

You can read about CSPA there.

I guess the 2010 is the date your petition was approved. In the USCIS document i guess its under notice date. I MIGHT BE WRONG about the word being notice. Other ppl here will
    clarify it.
Use this calculator to know about your eligiblity.

      What is notice date?

Thanks Abhinav ..but I still dont get word notice date.
I could see that notice date is july 2006 .Is there any relation between approval date and notice date.

What is the probability of getting my petition rejected as they already know that I am above 21 yrs while I was asked to pay visa fee.I had payed the visa fee after consulting with the nvc only. But now I am confused whether I ll be eligible or not.

as far as i know both are the same. It would be on your i797.

Just ask someone to be sure.
If your cspa age is under 21 then you wont be rejected.
Use the calculator i gave.It will tell you whether you will be eligible or not.
