  • US citizen residing outside USA sponsoring parents

I studied in USA many years ago and worked on H1 visa for5 years and left USA before it expired. My eldest daughter was born in USA. She will be 21 years in next few months.

She has lived almost all her life outside USA and currently studying in UK. She plans to sponsor her parents and we have follwoing queries:

Can she sponsor while residing outside USA and not having any address or assets etc in USA? Can she use DCF process?
I understand, sponsor needs to file affidavit of support. In our case, we are well off and prove that we have financial resources to support ourselves. Would their still be requirement for her to file affidavit of support?

We have 3 other children all under 18 years. Would they be able to apply for immigration with us i.e. my wife and I once our I-130 is approved?

Once she sponsors you, is she planning to live in the US?

She plans to move with us once we receive immigration visa. Idea is that the entire family will move to US together.

The sponsor must have a U.S. domicile and U.S. reported income. The petitioner is the primary sponsor, even without reportable income. But a family member, at the same address as the petitioner, may have his income combined with the petitioner and provide a "family member" contract using form I-864A.
