Hi,
I'm trying organize documents/copies I need to send to USCIS to start the process. I have I-130, I-485, I-864, two of g-325a, I-693 and all the copies of documents those forms. Do I have to send pictures and other proof that we live together or it's just for interview? If somebody will write a steps or link where can I look which documents I need when I will appreciate. Thank you!

Add the following:

1. Cover letter, listing contents.
2. Copies of entrance visa, passport ID page, I-94
3. Passport-style photos of each of you
4. Copy of most recent sponsor Federal income tax return W2 or 1099 forms, employment verification letter
5. Separate checks to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" for $1,070 and $420
6. Copies of both birth certs, marriage cert, any divorce documents

Have an experienced person review your package for accuracy and completeness before you mail it.

thank you, what about pics, copies of joint rent, bank account, etc; I will need that for the interview, right? or do I have to send it before as well?

When submitting a combined I-130 and I-485 package, the I-130 evidence can be minimal ( normal civil documents, etc.), as the review emphasis is on the I-485. But at the actual USCIS office interview, you will need significant proof of cohabitation and commingling of financial affairs, as well as certified or original civil documents.

If you are a Green Card petitioner, the child will have derivative visa eligibility and won't need her own I-130.

If you are a U.S. citizen, you must submit a separate I-130 petition package for the child.

I agree with Rays answer. When I did my families package I just sent everything all at once. Pictures. Letters from family doctors to establish a time line. Even the bags with ours individual names for prescriptions from walgreens which shows address and dates. Dental receipts anything that shows names and addresses and more important DATES !!!!

A folder for each petition and evidence along with an inventory cover letter on each folder. The box weighed 3 lbs when I shipped ours.

From start to finish our case took 3.2 months for GC. Good luck
