I-485 Marriage based green card is pending and want to travel to india without travel

Here is my perfect scenario,

Currently I am in USA
I Have applied for I-485/i-130/I-131/I-765 on september 30 2013

My I-485 is pending showing ready for interview sheduling

My current status is H1B Approval notice(H1B Visa not stamped)

fingerprinting and biometrics are done on 22nd of october 2013


I am planing to travel on 6th of december 2013

Is it ok if I travel without travel document?


If I come back with H1B Visa stamped,will my I-485 Application is still in good status or no?


Please help ASAP

No !!!!! If you were issued a travel document than you better take it or you won't be coming back the proper way. And when you return you better have a good reason for the trip as well along with some proof.
