I-130 Question 22

My husband is filing I-130 for me right now but we are not sure what to put in question 22. I'm currently in U.S. with F-1 Visa.
The Question 22 says if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.
I legally entered U.S. with F-1 Visa but I don't think I'm eligible to apply for adjustment of status right now, but I will eventually apply for AOS in the future once this I-130 is approved. Then should I put the district office address near where I reside in? Please help me!

That question (#22) doesn't cover all possibilities. Just put your local USCIS office city.
