I-130 for spouse

Hello all, I am using Immihelp to range what everyone else is going through. I submitted an I-130 to sponsor my wife to come here. She is from Sweden and I am a US Citizen. We got our receipt of action I-797 and priority date of April 29, 2013. My questions are, A: how much longer should we expect to wait. B: are there any tricks or helpful tips we can do to speed the process up? C: what is the longest time you have heard of an I-130 taking? tricks to speed it up? start getting ready for interview, also make sure paperwork in order. how long? 4-6 months?? only a guess
longest I have seen it take 36 months, but Sweden not a terror related country so that won't happen. there are groups on ******** check there for more info.

I-130's for spouse of U.S. citizens are now taking several months longer (from submittal to interview) than a year ago. It has little to do with the beneficiary country, but a workload problem with USCIS. Expect a total timeframe of 9 - 11 months.

Spousal I-130's of U.S. citizen petitioners should NEVER take longer than a year if all paperwork is right and submitted as needed. Exceptions are evidence or sponsorship problems.
