All,
Thanks in advance for your help. Last year, my wife got her F-1 visa in April and we did our marriage ceremony back home in May. Later she came here, in Late July. Two months later we officially got married here in the states. My question is:
In the greencard interview, does mentioning the ceremony back home create an issue for us? That is, before she came to the states, we did a ceremony (non-official). Does this contradict with her non-immigrant visa intent. Is this considered like fooling the US government?
