I'm a GC holder, getting married in India in 2014. My fiance has a son from previous marriage.
Just wanted to know a few things in my situation. Appreciate your help.
1. How much time should I expect for getting visas for my fiance and son. I had heard that process can take up to 5 years. Is that true?
2. Is it better to try for H1or F1? Will it be a faster route to unite?
3. Are there any other ways to expedite the process?
