  • A FEW QUICK I-130 ?s BEFORE SENDING

    Form i-130 questions

18c: Address in the United States where your relative intends to live.

Since my spouse and i are currently both living out of the country and together, what should we write here? We have family living there, but as of yet, we don't know what address we INTEND to live at.

19c: Your relative's address abroad. (Include street, city, province and country)
2b: Information about you-Address (Number and Street)
2c: Information about your relative-Address (Number and Street)

Are these all the same if we currently live together at our foreign address and not in the usa?

21c: If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country)

Can we leave "to" blank since we currently live together, or should we put today's date?

Section E: Signature of petitioner, date, phone number

I do not have a USA phone number right now and the field requires 10 digits (like in the US)-my current phone number is 9 digits and if i include my country code, it is 11 digits. Should i leave it blank or put the phone number of a relative we have in the USA?

    Thank you very much
