I-130 Approved for F2B - What is next?
Hello,
My mother is an LPR and she applied for me under the category F2B (Unmarried son or daughter over 21). USCIS approved my application on December 26, 2013. As I see in the letter that we received, they sent the original documents to NVC (National Visa Center).
Could you tell me what should I prepare for in the future and how much time it would take? When should I expect to see the visa in my passport?
One more question: I already have B1/B2 visa for 10 years and I already entered once in the USA with it. Now as I applied for F2B visa is it a problem to travel again with my B1 visa for business?
