immigrant visa validity

I have got an immigrant visa with validity till 30 jan 2014. Can I enter us anytime by that date or should I reach there at least 15 days earlier?

You should arrive at the point of Entry in US on or before the visa expiry date. I recommend you to arrive at least few days before your visa expiry date. Don't wait for the last day, sometime flights are cancelled because of bad weather or something else.
