I'm new here so i apologize in advance if i'm posting this on the wrong thread.
The reason i'm here is bc i would like to ask and know what to expect in the case i'm about to talk about
My sister just became a U.S citizen and now she would like to request a i-130 for my parents
my both parents apply for the 245-i almost 17yrs ago however our case got stuck in the last part that involves taxes from the company my father used to work so now i would like to know if been on the 245i will help my parents a bit more and help them speed up there i-130 petition please let me know thank you!
