You're covered! The memo pertains to active duty, reservists, and veterans.

      KM1,

Please clarify what you mean by "your're covered..." for spouses of Active Duty military, reservists and veterans. Perhaps I have missed something about military spouses and I would be grateful for a citation or source info from you.

If there has been a recent "memo" extending immigration-related benefits to military family members, this is good information.

I was specifically thinking about parole in place. This program allows for adjustment of status without leaving the US. I believe that is what the original poster was asking about.

The "Parole in Place" option applies to spouses of Active Duty military if the beneficiary is an undocumented entrant in the U.S.

The original poster was asking whether she could receive expedited Adjustment of Status while married to a military veteran. You replied that she "was covered" if her spouse was active duty, reservist, and veterans.

I think you are mixing "apples and oranges."
