I have applied for my US citizenship and I might be getting it in the beginning of April sometime as I've already had my fingerprints. I get married on March 7. My question is that should I wait to get my citizenship certificate to file I-130 or should I go ahead and file as a Greencard Holder and then send a copy of the citizenship certificate later for an upgrade. I'll appreciate a response. Thank you!

Either way will work. By submitting a copy of your Naturalization Certificate after an I-130 has been submitted from you as a Green Card holder, your the visa slot and priorty status of your spouses will improve by several months, i.e., become "immediate priority."
