AOS and Tax transcript

Hello,

I recently found this forum and am hopeful that someone can help me out. I am currently in the process of sending the AOS packet to NVC. I have the Tax transcripts from 2010-2012. However, I have not yet filed taxes for this year. Would it be ok to send those 3 transcripts as well as a copy of my 2013 W-2 form? Thanks!

Yes, those are okay. You may later receive a request for your 2012 return copy, or otherwise send it to your beneficiary's eventual interview.
