Hi all,
I am a US citizen. I am planning to apply GC for my brother, his wife & 2 kids under F4 category. they live in India.
1) what forms & supporting docs do i submit (Assume only one I-130, birth certificates & brothers marriage certificate for now) ?
2) At present rate, it will take 13 year or so. His elder son is 8 years. Does that mean, the elder son cannot get GC after 13 years since he will cross 21 years by then?
