Hi,
I applied for greencard for my mom who is currently in US. I applied in end of october with I-130 form.
I dont have approval yet and current status seems like processing time is about 8 months.
My question is
1. Her entry is valid only for 6 months from entry which expires before i-130 approval. Which form do we need to fill in for her stay to be legal?
2. There might be urgent work in India that she has to visit there and come back in 2 months. Will there be any issues with that ? considering the i-130 is already applied and approval not here.
