i submitted an I-130 form for my mother. i am a us citizen and i provided evidence of that, the problem is that the name of my passport does not match my birth certificate and i forgot to include my marriage license showing my married name. can USCIS reject my application??? please help!!!!

Am I missing something?
If you sent the petition package with check on 2/11/2014, and it is now 2/13/2014, why would you expect your check to be cashed by now?
I've seen the fee payments average 2 weeks and greater from receipt by USCIS before the checks clear.

It's only been two days since you submitted the I-130. You need to take a Valium and wait a couple of weeks.
If you included the correct fee and signed the forms, your package is normally accepted, but you may get a Request for Evidence later on if your included evidence is lacking.
