  • I-130 Case!? Help please.

My mother, from Mexico, had her paperwork filled out by her Dad who is a permanent resident. Her paperwork was filed April 28th, 2001 and was paperwork was accepted in August 22nd, 2002. When you look at the case standing today, it says it's in post-case activity. The description of this phase says its after processing, yet my mom has never been interviewed or tested which says it's before the post-case activity. Should my mom have her green card by now?
Please just help with anything in general.

Also, I am 17 and a legal citizen of the US so if we made a case that way would it work faster then just waiting for her former form? Thanks.

You should first find out the exact status of your mother's processing. You can't petition your mom until you are 21 years old.
