Family based Green card after Visitor VISA rejection

Hi, My Mother's Visitor VISA is cancelled couple of times. Last time it cancelled in 2008.
Now I'm in the process of her Family based Green card spouncership. Her Green card is approved in 2012 and now waiting for interview date.
I'm just wondering if previous Visitor VISA rejection should not affect her Green card at the time of interview in Mumbai.
