USCIS ELIS $165 Fee

Hi

i am trying to pay $165 immigration fee for my mom who got the immigration visa and is flying out on 5th march.
could you please let me know where can i find A# and DOS id#? is it on passport visa stamp or separate doc that US embassy give you?

i would really appreciate the answer and the help!

The DOS ID is the case number used for her processing at the Embassy or Consulate. But it may have to have a "0" added on left ("zero-filled") after the acronym letters.

The "A" number should be on her visa.

From what I've heard from others, the Green Card still doesn't show up for a couple of months. Previously, before this fee started last year, most immmigrants got their Green Cards in about a month.
