Hello, I am a Green Card holder I'm filling out the I-I30 for my spouse who is already in the United States on a tourist visa (expiry). QUESTION 22 COMPLETE THE INFORMATION BELOW IF YOUR RELATIVE IS IN THE UNITED STATES AND WILL APPLY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS??? WE ARE LIVING IN QUEENS, NY....WHAT CITY AND STATE SHOULD I WRITE....THANKS ALOT

While not file for adjustment of status at once instead of just I-130, be best if you file everything at once since she's in the US.

If the petitioner is a Green Card holder, he should not file the Adjustment package with the I-130. The Priority Date is established by USCIS upon receipt of the I-130, and he will have to wait several months for his wife's Priority Date to be "current." If the Priority Date is not current when he submits the I-485, the package will be rejected and returned to him. When rejected, his fee check will also be returned, but there is always a risk that processing could begin, and found ineligible, but the fee check ($1,070) might be forfeited.

Thanks a lot....so what City and State should I write because I will apply for her adjustment after the I-130 is approved.

That doesn't seem to be a question that can be answered one way: you can use "Chicago," since that is where you will be submitting the I-485, or you can name the location of the nearest field office, where your wife is most likely to be interviewed.
