Can I submit sibling DNA results to CSCIS to apply a green card for a sister?

My aunt who's 73 years old came to the US two weeks ago on a B2 visa that I sponsor. She and my mom are blood related sisters, but on papers they have different parents due to a mix up when my grand parents filled for a birth certificate more than 70 years ago but was never fixed. Now that my aunt is here and she wants to stay here with my mom. My question is can my mom sponsor my aunt and submit DNA results to prove that they are blood sisters? How to go about starting this process, and how long does it take?
