hi I am new here! I wanna ask some information. I am a US citizen and I want to petition my paent in the Philippines and I leave in Michigan. My question is can my parents port of entry is in Hawaii I have a lot of relatives there so they wanna go there if possible. Can this be a hassle??please I need help!
