My husband filled the Affidavit of support ,but it seems we do not have the required amount of money when looking his 2002 tax return,Is it possible to Use his Real Estate assets to back the application?because with his assets it makes more than what is needed as far as the poverty line is concern.He's better of than 3 years ago.

hi,
my wife and son are attending the interview for H4 Stamping at chennai.

my problem is,I was in bench for first three months after I joined this company

i have pay stubs only last 3 months.i dont have first 3 months paystubs

what she has to tell if visa offices asks about these period?

Has anybody has the same query and if so how did you answer it.
