  • First Time Poster / Green Card Application for Mom

    Hi All-

I am a first time poster here and hoping to get some basic help. I think I know what I am doing but still wanted to double check with people here who knows this stuff best.

I am a naturalized US Citizen myself filing for a green card for my mom who is currently visiting on a tourist visa from Turkey. If I am not mistaken, the forms I need to fill are...

    - I485
    - I130
    - I864

    Is this correct?

Also- My mom flew from Istanbul to Toronto and flew from Toronto to Cleveland this time around. Usually she takes a flight from Istanbul to JFK and then to Cleveland. She is telling me that they did not give her, her copy of the I-94 arrival form in Canada. She has a stamp on her passport when she entered but there is no expiration date or a copy of the I94.

Is there a way for us to request a copy of the form she filled when she arrived in Canada originally?

I really appreciate all the help in advance-

    Thanks-

    Dogan

I-94's must now be downloaded from the government web site , since last March.

You need to add G-325A's for both of you, I-765 and I-134, as well as an immigrant medical exam in a sealed envelope. Fees are $420 for I-130 and $1,070 for I-485.
