Hello,
I submitted an I-130 application for my husband, and have received the I-797 approval notice. However, I need to submit an I-824 to request that his visa be processed through a consular post outside the US.
When submitting the I-824, it asks that I also include a copy of the previously approved application or petition. Unfortunately, I have lost/misplaced the copy of the I-130 application I submitted. I do have the I-797 Notice of Action approval.
Is it possible to get a copy of the I-130 petition application I submitted? I have the I-130 and G-325A filled in electronic format, but not the version that I signed/dated and submitted.
Any suggestions on what I can do?
