Filing GC for Mom..spelling error in BC

Hi Everyone,

I am filing GC for my mom and while collecting documents I noticed my mom's first name in her passport & birth certificate is spelled different than in my birth certificate.
Her documents have her first name as AMARJEET and my birth certificate has AMARJIT ( I instead of ee ) which is very common error in India. She is here and her I-94 expires in May.
I really want to file her GC while she is here. Please suggest if I should continue to file or have my birth certificate corrected ( from India). Would they notice? Even she got her visa with this error.
Is there something I can do here. Some posts suggested to file an affidavit, if this can be done, please advise how to go about it.

1) Form I-130 ( CHK FOR $420, MY MOM'S I-94 COPY, my naturalization certificate and my birth certificate)
2)Form I-485 ( CHk for $1070 , my moms passport and visa copy, my mom's birth certificate , MY MOM'S I-94 COPY and 2 photographs)
3) Form I 864 (with copies of Income Tax returns for past 3 years )
4) Form I 864A (with copies of Income Tax returns for past 3 years from my spouse)
5) G325A
6) Form FC-029

Also, please confirm if I have to file G325A for myself too ( petitioner). I was reading forums and noticed about medical exam ( my bad I totally missed on it). When do my mom needs to get this done? Is there a form for the same.

An official document from the Indian consulate that confirms she is your mother. Submit it together with G325 plus put a note in the G-325 about it. Just a suggestion.
