  • Applying for biological mother.

Just wondering. My wife was adopted by her mother sister (ant) when she was like 2 or 3. So her ant came over here and applied for her and now she is here and i met her and we got married and lalalala. Any ways, she is a citizen and 28 years old now, she still stays in contact with her biological mother and loves her family. I wanted to know if she could file for her biological mother still. Feel free to ask me any Q's.

The I-130 instructions stipulate that one cannot petition a natural parent if the petitioner's Permanent Resident status was obtained through adoption
