Hi all,
I am new to this forum,
I am writing on behalf of my brother and his wife.
My brother is a Pakistani citizen and his wife is an American citizen, they married in 2001 and both living in Pakistan since after their marriage. They have one 7 years old boy and he is also American citizen.
Now couple want to move to USA and live there permanently. My brother holds a valid tourist visa for America and he has been visiting USA since 1998. We seek your advice on how my brother wife can sponsor her husband, can my brother apply for green card while couple living in Pakistan and what are the requirements for the lady to sponsor her husband???
Or if they travel to USA and apply for green card while in USA how the requirements change for my brother's wife to sponsor her husband????
I will appreciate if you can help them to obtain the legal residence status for my brother.
