Hi,
I'm a US permanent resident and I'm trying to petition for my husband to get a greencard. This forum is great, and has helped us a lot, but we have some specific questions that we can't find answers for, maybe you'll be able to help us?
We both lived in the US for a while, but he was on an H1-B visa and has since left his job. I filed a re-entry permit form so we could get married, travel and visit family in Thailand this year. So we're both currently living in Thailand since December, and plan to stay here probably until the end of the year. He is a UK citizen and visiting Thailand on a tourist visa (but we might change to spouse visa).
My Questions are:
1) on the I-130 question C.21, do we say that we last lived together in Thailand?
2) on the I-130 question C.22, does this embassy need to be in his home country, or can it be Bangkok, where we are currently living?
3) What addresses do we put down for B.2 and C.2? Do I put down my permanent US address, and him his permanent UK address, or does this conflict with where we say we're currently living?
4) On form G325A do we list our current residence in Thailand, or is this residence considered temporary, so just include US and UK addresses?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
