I130 Approved Please help

My Mom was An US citizen , petition my bother and sister unmarried, but her I130 was approved on february, later on i called in NVC Automated service said that they already sent out affidavit of support to my power of Attoney on March but i did not received any affadavit of support from NVC , and also i did not know there was a lawyer represented her case, I did call the lawyer , but he said he did not received anthing also, right now i did not want any lawyer to represent her case, also what should i do to get NVC to send me new affidavit of support directed to me, , can any give me some good adivse, thank you
