Hello,
My parents are in India and their I130 just got approved. I have a couple of questions:
1. I sold my company 3 years back and havent had to work since then. So I have significant cash and hard assets but no W-2's and income of my own for last 3 years. How do you suggest I deal with this in the I864? Of course, I have all tax returns from IRS I can make available.
2. My wife is currently working in a nice job and has W2's for last 3 years. How can I also show her income in the I864? We file joint tax returns - fyi
3. The Police Clearance certificate form on the India Passport Office site is not being downloadd - can someone put the file here or a link to it? Thanks
